B. What information do we collect and how do we collect information

Personal data transmitted by you

When you visit our websites, your IP address is transmitted to our servers and stored for a certain period of time. When you use certain parts of our websites, for example when requesting information, contacting us via our web contact form, signing up for a newsletter or downloading materials such as e-books, you may be required to provide your name and email address to identify you as an individual.

Non-personal data

When you visit our website, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your interactions with the website and our services, the referring URL, browser, operating system, and cookie information.

Information we collect through third parties

In addition to the personal information you provide, we use third-party services to collect additional information about your visit when you visit our websites or sign up for our services. The following list includes all third-party providers and the specific categories of data we share with them:

We have carefully selected and vetted all third parties with whom we share your information to ensure compliance with the GDPR and have signed individual order data processing agreements with all of them.

E. Access and control of personal data

As a user, you have the right to information, to correction, to data transfer and to deletion, as well as to the revocation of a granted consent.

We have therefore introduced processes to ensure transparency with regard to information processing vis-à-vis data subjects. All data is stored and processed in our own cloud infrastructure in Vienna.

Every request that is received is passed on to the person responsible in the company for handling data subject rights. The requests are reviewed and action is taken accordingly. If there are no obligations that impose the need to keep the data, the data will be duly deleted. In the event that some or all of the data that is to be deleted needs to be retained and the retention period for that data is clearly defined, we will retain all necessary data. Any data that is not relevant will be deleted. In both cases, the data subject requesting removal will be contacted with the outcome of the process. The same procedure will be followed if the data subject requests a data change.

We use tracking technology ("cookies") so that we can recognize you across the Website and our Services, monitor the use of our Services and traffic, and customize and improve our Services. G. Information Security Statement

We work hard to protect our users from unauthorized access to data, as well as unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data, by implementing various policies and procedures:

  • Encryption of our services with SSL certificates
  • Reviewing our information collection, storage, and processing procedures, including physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access to systems
  • Access to personal information is limited to our employees, contractors and agents who need that information to process it for us and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be sanctioned if they fail to comply with those obligations.

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the Services we offer, but excludes those Services that contain separate privacy statements that this Privacy Policy does not.

We regularly review our compliance with this Privacy Policy. We also comply with various self-regulatory frameworks including the GDPR. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint in order to comply with the request.
